Yes, a modest $15.
Next Day Orders: Please allow 24 hours from drop-off for next day orders. Texts will be sent when order is complete and ready for pick-up.
Same Day Orders: Same day orders will be ready same day and available for pick-up until closing day but these orders must be dropped off by 10AM.
No, we do not. We keep all orders separate to ensure good hygiene and avoid mix-ups and losses.
Pickup and Delivery Questions
We pick up and drop off orders Monday through Saturday between 8AM and 5PM. You can, however, sign into your account and schedule orders at any time.

Yes, a modest $20.
Please allow 1 business day (24 hours) for orders to be delivered back to you fresh and clean. However, please note orders picked up on Saturday will be returned on Monday.
Easy! Just click on the Schedule a Pickup button and follow the instructions.
You must give us permission in your account to leave your clothes if you are not going to be home for the delivery. Tell us where to leave them. We don't want to be responsible if your clothes go missing so we need written permission to leave them.
When placing your order online, you'll find a section labeled 'Preferences' where you can list the tasks you'd like us to perform with every laundry service. Additionally, there's a 'Special Laundry Instructions' section for requests specific to the current order, such as spot treating a stain on an item.
No, you don't. You can cancel at any time.
When you place your order, we will ask for your credit card information. Your card will not be charged until your order is complete.
We recommend putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a trash bag that cinches closed.
You can suspend your account until you return from your vacation. Just log into your account and put your service on hold until you return.
